Our returns are heavily impacted by COVID-19. We will continue to accept requests, but we are currently unable to inspect shipments and issue refunds.
Are there any charges for return?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you experience a sizing issue on the first order you place with us, we will send a prepaid return label.
How soon will I get my refund?
Returns will be inspected within three weeks.
If the return is approved, your refund will begin processing to your preferred method of return or exchange.
If denied, we will notify you of the rejection and reason for denial.
What items are returnable?
You can return any unworn items, with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt. Items purchased on final sale are not accepted.
If your order is lost, we will assist postal claims but we can not guarantee refunds for circumstances beyond our control.
If you made your purchase online, you must submit a return claim using this form within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Make sure that return items are in new and unused condition, with tags attached. The only exception allowed is when an item has been tried on briefly for sizing purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse worn, soiled, washed, altered, or heavily odorous goods. Final sale items, unless proven to have arrived damaged or defective, are not accepted.
For any first time sizing issue, we will send a prepaid shipping label. For any other reason, all shipping fees for returned item(s) must be at your own expense.
You may return an online order to our Madison Avenue storefront. To do so, bring the items you're returning and proof of purchase, such as invoice and order number. Our return policy will still apply.
Online-to-store exchanges may require additional processing.
