Due to sanitation concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges even if the mask is unused.
This product cannot be used in a place where harmful dust or gas is generated, or for the purpose of preventing it.

When ironing the mask, do not iron the elastic bands.
How to Wash (Hand washing is recommended)
Wash gently with a mild detergent, leave it for about 10 minutes, and then rinse.
Please wash with Oxygen Bleach to remove any stains.
Place between clean towels and give it a shake/tap to dry out the water.
Adjust the shape by hand, use a pair of clothespins to fasten each of the short sides of the mask, and dry in the shade.
When dry, iron from the outside to remove wrinkles.
Please wash the product first before using it.
Please be careful when washing, as the nose wire may get damaged and the rubber cords may get stretched.
Please avoid putting the masks in the dryer.
If it gets dirty, wash immediately.
This product has no antibacterial protection.
Customers are responsible for managing the hygiene and sanitation of the masks after repeated use.
We are happy to refund any items provided that you follow the instructions below.
Made-to-Measure and final sale items, unless proven to have arrived damaged or defective, are not accepted. MTM (Made-to-Measure) and “Choose Your Size” products are also final sale items.
If the product is proven to have arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a prepaid shipping label. For any other reasons (sizing issue, or unsatisfied color or pattern, etc.), all shipping fees for returned item(s) must be at your own expense.

We generally dispatch the order within 1-5 business days. Due to political crisis between Ukaraine and Russia, we have temporarily suspended the acceptance of shipments of these areas.
