We received a report from a logistics partner to whom we outsource our shipping operations regarding a suspected attack targeting personal information occurred in mid-november 2025.

Following a thorough investigation conducted in cooperation with the partner and relevant parties, it was confirmed that while an attempted attack did occur, no personal information was compromised and no damage or data leakage has been identified.

We are continuing to review the matter and to confirm preventive measures. We sincerely apologize for any concern this may have caused.
