We are happy to refund any items provided that you follow the instructions below.
All SALE ITEMS cannot be returned for refund or exchanged unless proven to have arrived damaged or defective. MTM (Made-to-Measure) and altered products are also final sale items.
Returns of 4 items or more will incur a USD 15 handling fee.
Return Policy
If the product is proven to have arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a prepaid shipping label. For any other reasons (sizing issue, or unsatisfied color or pattern, etc.),
all shipping fees for returned item(s) must be at your own expense.

How long does the refund process take?
For US Customers (Return to New York Office):
Up to 10 business days after we receive the returned items.
For Non-US Customers (Return to Japan Warehouse):
Within 20 business days after we receive the returned items, provided no customs duties are incurred.
Do you do exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges online. The best way to exchange your item is to place a new order and return your original purchase for a refund.
Do you do returns on items purchased in Japan?
We do not accept exchange/return on items purchased at other Maker’s Shirt Kamakura stores/outlets.
