RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Kamakura Shirts Global Online Store. We are happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us instead of submitting a return request. For any other reasons (sizing issue, or unsatisfied color or pattern, etc.), shipping fee for returned item(s) is at your own expense.

    A flat return shipping fee of USD 15 will be deducted from your refund. For returns originating outside the U.S., the equivalent amount in local currency will be applied.

  2. Duties and Taxes
    Please note that any duties and taxes paid for your order are generally not refundable, as they are collected by your local customs authorities rather than the seller. We understand this may be inconvenient, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance on any potential recovery of these charges.

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Worn items (brief try-on for size is acceptable)
  • Damaged or stains
  • Washed or cleaned
  • In unsellable condition (e.g., strong odors such as perfume or smoke)
  • Underwear, socks, handkerchiefs, and similar items
  • Without tags
  • Made-to-Measure or Made-to-Order
  • Altered (e.g., sleeve shortening, hem adjustments)
  • Sale items
  • Requests submitted after 14 days from delivery

Excessive Returns

To ensure fairness, we may ask customers to cover return shipping costs if the number of returned items appears unusually high. Repeated excessive returns may also result in limitations on future orders.
*The USD 15 return label provided for standard returns is not available for excessive returns. Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping with a traceable carrier at their own cost.
