200/4PLY Shirts

The numbers "200/4ply" refer to the fineness of the thread used in the fabric. It indicates that four extremely fine 200-count threads are twisted together to create a single yarn. The fineness of the thread contributes to a fabric with a luxurious sheen, while the 4ply (four threads twisted into one) gives the fabric both a fine texture and excellent firmness, making it resistant to wrinkles. The fabric woven from this yarn is incredibly dense and delicate, something rarely seen in the world.

Materials

The material used is cotton with fiber lengths typically under 25mm, known as "short fibers." However, by selecting "extra-long staple cotton" with fibers longer than 35mm, the fabric achieves a refined luster and a soft, luxurious feel. This shirt uses high-quality "Pima cotton," which is highly regarded around the world for its exceptional quality.

For the buttons, white mother-of-pearl, which complements the fabric's sheen, has been chosen.

Collars

The collar style used in the 200/4ply shirt is designed to achieve the ultimate balance when wearing a jacket and tie. The collar points are longer than those of a traditional spread collar, with a slightly narrower angle than the FRANCESE (Francese) collar.

The collar tips gracefully arch and conform to the body, fitting smoothly under a jacket. This design complements the refined 200-thread count shirt, exuding a sophisticated and elegant look.
