*Please note:
I am pleased with my new Vintage Ivy popover. The Oxford is a good mid-weight in a colorway that feels appropriate any time of year. I wore it for the first time last night with a sweater, and it felt right at home with Autumn fabrics and weights. The fabrication, construction, and attention to detail are all classic Kamakura - excellent, as always. I adore these vintage-looking patterns and look forward to future collaborations.
I am 6'0'' and 170 pounds and (in a size L) the shirt was too small after a wash. The sleeves, in particular, were comically short. I offered the shirt as a gift to my friend who is 5'9'' and 165 pounds and it was still marginally too small on him. You should not purchase these shirts if you are these heights or weights. Still, I leave five stars because the quality of the shirt is top notch, and, ultimately, this sizing mistake is my own error due to a lack of research. Do not make my mistake!
Material is amazing and the quality is worth it. However, I recommend sizing up from your normal shirt sizes. The arms are too tight. If you are a guy with big arms and shoulders, size up. Your chest size wont matter.
Best shirts your money can buy (especially during sales). Make sure you understand your sizing though.
