Vintage Ivy Button-down Oxford Shirt Designed in collaboration with illustrator Graham Marsh, the Vintage Ivy oxford cloth button-down shirt resembles what would be found on American college campuses in the 1960s. The shirt body comes in a regular fit with a box pleat at back. The shorter three-inch collar offers two quintessential Ivy details: a back-button and locker loop. The shirt cuffs are pleated, and the six-button front uses real cream-colored takase shell buttons. An indispensable piece for any wardrobe, the Vintage Ivy model can be worn tucked-in on a night out and untucked for a Sunday at the park.

Perfect OCBD if you have a slimmer build.

As a slim guy this shirt fits me perfectly. Not too billowy in the sleeves and chest but not too constricting either. Leaves nice room in the shoulders.

Unique and properly stiff

I like heavy Oxford shirts, and while this one could be heavier for me (but that would likely make it inaccessible for others I'm sure) it has a stiffness and lack of structure that work well. The bottom button is very high from the hem, which is interesting and makes for an Oxford button down that's unique and appealing.

Topnotch OCBD

For me this ticks all the boxes for an excellent, classic OCBD. The oxford cloth fabric is excellent, perfect weight and texture. The fabric, construction, and details are all very high quality. Nice shell buttons.

I know some people want the collar points to be a quarter of an inch longer, and I totally get fussing over small details, but my tastes are perhaps not quite that refined and I really don't notice. For me the collar is totally fine and delivers sufficient collar roll etc. Only downside is now I need more of them to replace some of my lesser shirts.

Service was excellent as well.

Excellent shirt

Thé material is great. Without being baggy it is not a slim fit thus the shirt still has a modern/classic look. The roll is perfect and will satisfy most of the OCBD aficionados. The only thing to note is to size up half a size. I normally wear 15.5 and had to take a size 16. Highly recommended shirt at a very reasonable price.
