Look no further!

I have spent countless years and dollars investing in premium Oxford cloth shirts (Brooks Brothers, J.Press etc) and I can say Kamakura's fit and finish far surpasses any and all brands. The moment you hold a vintage Ivy Oxford shirt you immediately recognize the quality (construction, heft, softness) far surpasses anything you've purchased before. Absolutely beautiful and the blue palette is perfection.

Perfect Shirt

I have tried many many different OCBD shirts from various makers as I wear this style at least 75% of the time. The Vintage Ivy design from Kamakura is, in my humble opinion, the best. I own something like 10 of them in various colors. The shirts fit consistently and are top-notch down to every detail (I especially love the shell buttons, which you often don’t find even on more expensive shirts). The fit is great - comfortable and relaxed, but never baggy. Great oxford cloth fabric that just gets better with each wear. As a taller man, I sometimes wish it had a seventh button, but it has never been a problem if tucked in and you can always easily have a tailor add one. Ultimately, these are just wonderful. Classic in every sense. I hope Kamakura keeps making this line!

Perfect Oxford

Well-executed classic.

My fourth Kamakura shirt, and certainly not my last!

The oxford has a perfect weight IMO. Light enough for summer, but broad enough for winter, a true all-seasons fabric. Has a beautiful soft look to it.

The stitching is excellent, buttons and holes are clean, and the collar sits perfectly. I'm 5'11'', 180 lbs with a broader chest/shoulders and slim arms, and the 16.5 works well as a relaxed but well-draped shirt. I have a size Large in the Tokyo 134 fit, and as the sizing chart would suggest, the 16.5 is a bit larger and longer, more suitable to be tucked it. It shrunk a small bit in the wash. I would have preferred an additional button, but I don't mind the lack of buttons on the cuff.

Customer service is A+, helpful with Q&As, and shipment was lightning fast to Canada.
